A message to our patients

You may have seen recent ABC reporting about Veterans’ healthcare that references Total Veteran Healthcare.

The program described one veteran’s experience, and the distress it caused him and his family. We are sorry for what they went through and take the concerns raised seriously.

While patient privacy means we cannot comment publicly on an individual Veteran’s care, some of the statements made do not reflect TVH’s policies, procedures or established clinical practices. We are engaging with the ABC and DVA to clarify the facts.

Most importantly, our focus remains on you. We are proud to support thousands of Veterans and remain committed to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to the Veteran community.

If you have any questions about your care or medication, please call us on (07) 3523 3991 or speak with your GP.  Please do not stop or change any medication without first speaking with your doctor.

If the program has raised difficult feelings for you or someone close to you, free and confidential support is available 24/7:

In an emergency, call 000.
