A local starting point for veteran care in Cairns
Finding the right healthcare pathway can be difficult when pain, mental health, service-related conditions, DVA claims, eligibility and referrals all sit across different parts of the system.
TVH Outpost Cairns is designed to make the starting point clearer for veterans and families across Far North Queensland. With an in-depth understanding of the veteran healthcare ecosystem, we’re here to help identify which services could help you and where to access them. Some are available locally, while telehealth provides convenient access to the extensive national Total Veteran Healthcare network.
You do not need to know the name of the service you need before getting in touch. The first step is simply telling us what is happening, so the TVH team can help guide the pathway from there.
