Coordinated veteran care
Here for Sydney veterans
Like many other veterans, you may have complex health needs, shaped by your time in service or your transition to civilian life. You need clinicians who understand that and can help you manage persistent pain, PTSD and other mental health concerns. We’re here for you at every stage of that journey, with a unique model of veteran healthcare built to support your needs.
TVH Sydney is a local entry point to a national network of veteran-informed healthcare services. You do not need to know exactly which service you require before getting in touch. Our onboarding process is designed to help identify the right starting point and next steps.
Our coordinated care model includes face-to-face and telehealth services. That means you don’t need to travel for appointments if trauma, mobility challenges or pain make that too difficult. It also means you can access a wide range of veteran-informed services no matter where you live.
What’s available at TVH Sydney?
We offer a range of face-to-face and telehealth services, designed around the needs of veterans and backed by the wider Total Veteran Healthcare network.

Care coordination for veterans
At TVH, we start with the big picture and develop a coordinated care plan in which every provider understands your needs and goals, as well as their role in helping you get there.
