Your care pathway

Here’s what happens when you get in touch.

Identifying the support you might need

Complete our short onboarding form or call us on 07 3485 1348. It takes a few minutes and tells us what kind of support you're looking for. If you have a DVA card, please have those details available.

Internal screening and triage

We review your information and consider your likely needs, which may include GP care, pain management, Coordinated Veteran Care, DVA claim support, mental health referral pathways, medico-legal support or a combination of services.

Onboarding call

A member of our team will call you within one business day to discuss your needs, answer initial questions and help arrange your next step.

Your first appointment

Most patients have their initial consultation within two weeks of completing onboarding.

You only tell your story once. After that, your GP manages your care plan, coordinates your team, and keeps your records so every clinician you see is already up to speed.
