Dr Innes Campbell is a highly experienced GP with a 26-year career in general medicine. A knowledgeable and personable GP, he has developed deep experience in veteran healthcare, skin cancer, and sports medicine.
Dr Campbell is committed to supporting veterans and their families.
He offers compassionate guidance and management of multidisciplinary treatment plans including CVC Plans, and support for DVA Claims and assessments. His thorough knowledge of the resources available to veterans makes him an invaluable ally to those navigating the medical and claims landscape.
Dr Nerissa Naidoo completed her medical training in 2014, and holds a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery. Dr Nerissa spent the early part of her career working within leading hospitals the Princess Alexandra and Queensland Children’s Hospital.
A skilled General Practitioner, Dr Nerissa has honed a special interest in chronic disease management, senior’s health, immunisation, health assessments, and chronic disease management including chronic pain. She also has deep experience in Veteran healthcare and is well-versed in emerging and innovative treatment therapies addressing the multiple aspects of long-term pain conditions.
Dr Nerissa also provides a number of minor procedures such as excisions, biopsies, and cyst removals, which can be performed onsite in our clinician treatment suites.
Dr. Esmond Leong is a friendly and caring doctor who values clear and compassionate communication. Supported by his work in some of Queensland’s busiest hospitals, Dr Esmond has developed a particular interest in the role of alternative and innovative therapies in the evidence-based treatment of chronic conditions, including chronic pain. As a GP working with Veterans, Dr Esmond champions holistic, patient-centric multidisciplinary care.

Dr Vineel Reddy brings a wealth of experience to TVH. He began his career in psychiatry in the United Kingdom, where he served as a consultant psychiatrist in the UK National Health Service for several years. Since relocating to Australia in 2018, Dr Reddy has continued his work as a consultant psychiatrist, delivering expert care across a broad spectrum of mental health concerns both in the public and private sectors.
Dr Reddy is committed to offering personalised, holistic care that respects the privacy and confidentiality of every patient. His approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a strong emphasis on promoting recovery and well-being.

Dr Al Griskaitis is a consultant psychiatrist specialising in occupational PTSD in police, military personnel and veterans. As Director of Trauma Services at South Coast Private Hospital, he brings deep clinical expertise in trauma-related conditions to support veterans navigating DVA claims through TVH.
He takes a measured, light-touch approach to medication, favouring lifestyle-based strategies alongside clinical treatment, including stress mitigation, psychological skills training, and improved sleep.
Providing DVA Claim psychiatry services for TVH, Dr Al brings expert knowledge and deep experience in providing accurate reports and navigating the DVA process.
Dr Jason Dobson is an experienced General Practitioner, who completed his medical training at Monash University, before relocating to Brisbane to pursue General Practice.
Dr Dobson is a communicative and personable family doctor with a passion for General Practice medicine, supported by clinical expertise. He is invested in treating the whole patient to reduce the burden of disease and improve the overall quality of life and general wellbeing of his patients, and has a friendly, communicative approach to providing holistic health care. Dr Dobson has a special interest in chronic disease management, including chronic conditions such as chronic pain and long-term mental health conditions, preventative healthcare, and mental health.
Dr Vivin Mathew brings more than two decades of clinical experience to the TVH Outpost Newcastle, with a background spanning rural medicine, addiction medicine, geriatrics and general practice across hospital and community settings in India and Australia. He holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and a Master of Clinical Medicine from the University of Newcastle.
Dr Vivian has also served as an Aviation Medical Officer and GP Trainer in the RAAF, bringing additional experience in veteran and military healthcare.
His occupational medicine background, spanning the Joint Coal Board, rail and mining industries, translates directly to veteran care: complex pain, functional assessments, medico-legal reporting and long-term condition management.
Dr Jining “Jin” Dai completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Melbourne before studying medicine at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
At TVH Gold Coast, Dr Dai supports local veterans with general practice care, treatment planning, care coordination, and referrals into broader TVH pathways as needed.
Face-to-face appointments with Dr Dai are available at the Gold Coast outpost on Fridays.
Dr Sanjay Sudarshanan is a GP who trained at Flinders University in Adelaide, before gaining broad experience across general medicine, geriatrics, surgery and emergency care in hospitals across Adelaide and Melbourne. He completed his General Practice Fellowship in 2021, and has since continued to serve the community as a GP in Melbourne’s north.
Dr Sudarshanan has a friendly, patient-centred approach to care, with experience across the breadth of general practice, and special interests in preventative and lifestyle medicine, men’s health, and chronic disease management including chronic pain treatment. He has also served as Medical Director of a national telehealth clinic, where he led the development of clinical governance systems and upheld high standards of practitioner care.
Dr Brian graduated from the University of Queensland and then worked for several years at Ipswich Hospital. He received his Fellowship through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and completed the Professional Diploma of Medicinal Cannabis in 2022.
His areas of interest include general medicine, chronic diseases, geriatrics and palliative care, skin procedures, and pain management.
Joshua is the Founder and Chairman of Total Veteran Healthcare, bringing over 20 years’ commercial experience, where he has led major strategic acquisitions across supermarkets, fast food, service stations and health service providers.
Joshua’s vision for TVH reflects a broader mission he has championed across business; developing healthcare hubs and mental health facilities in communities that need them most. For Joshua, success isn’t measured by financial outcomes but by elevating the health and wellbeing of everyone TVH serves.
Antony is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience scaling businesses across diagnostics, radiology, and medtech. He has a proven record of driving growth, leading high-performing operations teams, and delivering end-to-end customer engagement in both Australia and the United States.
With expertise in strategic planning, financial management and corporate governance, his leadership is marked by a commitment to fostering collaborative corporate cultures and driving operational excellence.
Joel brings a breadth and depth of experience from over 20 years’ of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams both in Australia and overseas, garnered over his time in commercial business, not-for-profits, and in the Australian Military. This experience has spanned multiple industries including healthcare, training, employment, retail, government, and public safety.
As a ‘specialist generalist’, Joel is able to apply leadership, planning, logistics, and critical path skills to a broad range of portfolios in support of strategic goals.
