Your pathway to support

Here’s what happens when you get in touch.

Identifying the support you might need

Complete our short onboarding form or call our head office on 02 4062 9560. It takes a few minutes and tells us what kind of support you're looking for.

Internal screening and triage

Our onboarding team reviews your information and considers the most appropriate care pathway, such as GP care, pain management, mental health support, DVA claims, or a combination.

Onboarding call

A member of our team will call you within one business day to discuss your needs and answer any questions you might have.

Your first appointment

Most patients have their initial consultation within two weeks of completing onboarding.

You only tell your story once. Your GP then manages your care plan, coordinates your team, and keeps your records so every clinician you see is already up to speed.

Referring a veteran to TVH Newcastle

We welcome referrals from GPs, allied health providers, DVA-funded support coordinators, or community organisations working with veterans in the Hunter region.

When you refer a veteran to Total Veteran Healthcare, our clinical intake team screens the referral and contacts the patient directly to commence onboarding. Our GP coordinates all ongoing care, giving you a clear point of contact.

Referrals are welcome across all care pathways, including:
