What is Multidisciplinary Healthcare?

A complicated medical system combined with a daunting funding and claims process, means many veterans are overwhelmed with managing multiple, disconnected healthcare providers as they gather multiple referrals, chase diagnostics and treatment, while liaising with an often opaque and overburdened claims process.

Our Multidisciplinary Healthcare approach is informed by the needs of our patients. We provide a seamless patient journey with treatment plans that involve multidisciplinary clinicians creating tailored healthcare teams.

Provide, Partner, Procure

On average, veterans treated at Total Veteran Healthcare access 4 unique medical services per patient. To provide the highest quality clinicians, we developed a network of healthcare providers located right across Australia. We have been able to do this through our Provide, Partner, Procure ethos. We have worked to provide high quality care through our in-house team of clinicians. If we cannot provide a service, we establish formal clinical partnerships with some of the country’s leading healthcare practitioners. Where we do not have an existing partnership, we create authentic, enduring relationships to procure the treatment you need. Central to this nation-wide network are our General Practitioners, who remain the centre of gravity to delivering multidisciplinary healthcare, so you can focus on treatment, not management.

Benefit from one of the largest veteran-centric healthcare networks in Australia.
