Open five days a week and located within the One Health Clinics Cairns, the Total Veteran Healthcare Outpost provides Pain Management services and in-person Coordinated Veteran Care plan assessments from the clinic.

Total Veteran Healthcare and One Health Clinics have partnered to provide greater healthcare access to veterans and their families in Far North Queensland. The Total Veteran Healthcare Outpost Nursing team coordinate multidisciplinary care plans for complex Veteran General Practice and Pain Management. A CVC is a comprehensive plan that is tailored to meet the unique healthcare needs of veterans. It is designed to provide proactive care coordination for Veteran Gold Card holders with chronic health conditions, and Veteran White Card holders with chronic DVA accepted mental health conditions. Completing a CVC through Total Veteran Healthcare provides you with access to our extensive clinical and non- clinical network, with more than 25 services available. We specialise in delivering both non-invasive and invasive pain relief, including Specialist consultation to determine the most clinically appropriate pain management treatment pathway for every patient. We provide services in person and via telehealth (where clinically appropriate), and have partnered with leading pharmacies across Australia to ensure you convenient access to specialised prescriptions.
